What does LinkJasa do?
LinkJasa is a website design and SEO agency, based in Kediri, East Java, Indonesia, serving clients across Indonesia and internationally. We build websites (WordPress, Elementor, e-commerce) and run SEO campaigns (technical, on-page, off-page, local, and AI search optimization), sold as one-off projects or ongoing monthly plans.
How do I get started?
Message us on WhatsApp with a short description of what you need. We'll ask a few questions and send a written proposal — no long forms, no waiting on a sales team.
Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?
Yes — we currently serve clients across several countries and work remotely by default, communicating over WhatsApp, email, and video calls.
What's the fastest way to reach you?

Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes — the first conversation, where we understand your project and scope a proposal, doesn't cost anything.
Building and launching a site.
How long does a website project take?
A small business site typically takes 2–4 weeks from content being ready to launch. E-commerce stores and larger sites take longer depending on catalog size and integrations. See Website Design Services for details on each type of project.
Do you build on WordPress or from scratch?
Most sites are built on WordPress with Elementor so you can edit content yourself afterward. Simple landing pages are sometimes hand-coded for maximum speed.
Can you redesign my site without losing my Google rankings?
Yes — redesigns include a redirect and URL-mapping plan so existing rankings and backlinks carry over to the new site.
Do you offer support after the site launches?
Yes, through our Website Maintenance plans, or on an ad-hoc basis if you just need occasional updates.
Can you build an online store?

How long does SEO take to show results?
Most clients start seeing measurable movement within 3–6 months, with more significant results building over 6–12 months. SEO is cumulative — early technical and on-page fixes tend to show impact fastest.
Do you use black-hat SEO techniques?
No. All work follows Google's guidelines — no PBNs, link farms, or cloaking. That's a deliberate trade-off for durability: techniques that risk a penalty aren't worth a short-term gain.
What is AI Search Optimization?

How much does a website or SEO project cost?

How is payment structured for a website project?
Payment terms are agreed as part of the written proposal before work starts, so there are no surprises — message us to discuss what works for your project and budget.
Are SEO plans a fixed contract, or can I cancel?
SEO and maintenance retainers run month-to-month rather than a locked-in contract, so you're not stuck if your needs change.
Do you offer discounts for bundling website design and SEO?
Bundled pricing can be discussed as part of your proposal — mention both when you first reach out and we'll scope it together.
How a project actually runs.
Who actually does the work?
Andy S, LinkJasa's founder, plans and reviews every project personally. There's no layer of account managers or subcontractors between the client and the person doing the work. Read more on the About page.
How do we communicate during a project?
Mainly WhatsApp, for quick back-and-forth, plus email for anything that needs a written record. No mandatory scheduled calls unless you prefer them.
Do you outsource any of the work?
No — website builds and SEO campaigns are planned and delivered in-house, directly by the LinkJasa team.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every project includes a review and revision stage before anything is considered final — tell us what's not working and we'll address it as part of that process.
